Learn about the history of some of Chicago’s top baking companies: Maurice Lenell, Burny Bros, Sara Lee, Fasano Pie, Salerno, Keebler, Heinemanns, Nabisco and others. Some are over 100 years old, and others are gone, but not forgotten. Discover the best places to still buy mouth-watering, made-from-scratch baked goods.
