Custom cut outs are made from a form of Styrofoam called polystyrene. It is much more sturdy than Styfrofoam and can be painted in theme colors to coordinate with colors chosen for the party or for team colors of sports teams. Paint is readily available in many colors and can be obtained in local craft stores and hobby stores. Cut outs can even be accented with glitter to give it a special touch.
