Tall Two Level DIY Centerpiece Base with Flexible Plastic Tube

We added a new centerpiece base kit combining some of our most popularly requested items. The kit consists of either a round or square 12″ base, a flexible plastic tube (length can vary) as well as a top 8” round Styrofoam® piece. Painting and ribbon is an option as well as shred to fill the tube.
